About the event
Refresh and reconnect through an interactive sound immersion with Sydan Aguacielos and Anastasia Darkwater of Sound & Shadow Collective. This co-created experience blends crystal singing bowls, shruti box, reiki, and gentle vocal guidance to help you soften, center, and awaken your natural resonance. Rather than a passive sound bath, you'll be invited to engage with your own voice and breath-subtly or fully—to nurture presence, regulate your nervous system, and explore authentic connection in a heart-led container.
Bring your own nest, water and anything else for comfort: stuffies, journals, tarot, crystals...
We open and close with ohming with the shruti box and voice, and finish with light somatic movement to re-energize for the day.
