Join Sydan Aguacielos and Anastasia Darkwater of Sound & Shadow Collective every Friday for their reiki-infused, Heart Chakra-Focused Sound Bath.

This is an hour to give yourself to connect with your  heart and magnify, align with and/or alchemize beneficial energies with  our Universe.

Calm your nervous system, relax (you could even nap if you want to) and connect with others, if you so choose.

There will be an opportunity to gather together for conversation afterward, if that interests you.

Bring your own nest, water and anything else for comfort: stuffies, journals, tarot, crystals...

We open and close with ohming with the shruti box and voice and finish with light somatic movement to re-energize for the day.
