From technological advancements to societal shifts, the phenomenon of future shock—a term coined by Alvin Toffler to describe the disorientation caused by too much change in too short a time—affects us all in different ways.
On Tuesday, November 26th, join us for an engaging discussion as we explore how future shock impacts our lives and contributes to anxiety and fear. Facilitated by community organizer John Carter, with the support of Psanctum Co-founder Eden Woodruff, this session will delve into strategies to cope with these challenges and foster greater personal and collective resilience.
Together, we will examine tools and practices that can help us build personal and collective resiliency. Attendees will have the opportunity to share their experiences, learn from one another, and contribute to the creation of a supportive and compassionate community space.
